I DON'T WANT TO F***ING JOURNAL

$5.00

A guide for neurodivergents and other people who hate journaling.

This 18-page guide is for people who want to journal, but have a million f***ing reasons why they can’t. It’s for people who need a kick in the a** to get started or keep going with a journaling habit. Think of it as a loving haranguing. Not because I’m mad at you, but because I really f***ing want you to journal.

I’ve been journaling for a decade, during which I’ve filled nearly forty journals. That’s ten years of memories. Ten years of meanderings and doodles and recipes and rants. Ten years and counting! From my journals and me, I send out this rallying cry, this ode to the art of creative documentation.

This densely packed, foul-mouthed guide includes tips on:

  • Why journaling is so f***ing hard

  • Trauma-informed journaling practices

  • Ways to piss off your “Perfectionism Monster”

  • Core rules for sustainable journaling practices

  • Creative and out-of-the-box ways to journal

  • Reasons why journaling matters

Keeping a journal reminds me of how full, rich, vital, surprising, wondrous, weird, synchronistic, sacred, absurd, and silly life is. It helps me remember the things I am wired to forget, including moments of calm and ease and all the leisurely little flights of joy. Journaling helps me connect more deeply with my life.

The same may be true for you.

Happy Journaling!

Note: this PDF is text-rich and best read on a tablet or computer (or printed).
